Eddies Cakes is a passion handed down to generations of the Hall line.
Today, Ed and Elaine Hall practice and define the fine art of making cakes for weddings and special occasions for families in Roanoke, Virginia and across the United States.
The duo has been creating cakes for weddings and other occasions since 1980, when they started with their own wedding cake. Since then, the pair has created not only customized cakes, but unforgettable memories and experiences for married couples and families across the world.
Ed started cake decorating in Southern Africa which, along with Australia, has grown into one of the leading regions in the world for fondant icing and gum-paste decorations. Ed has received a number of awards for his cake icing and takes pride in creating the perfect wedding cake decorations for newly weds in Roanoke, Virginia.
Elaine is a master baker, with a dedication that goes beyond the heat of the oven. She has received a number of awards for her cake baking and is renown for her unique Christmas fruit cake. You name the cake and Elaine can do it.
